Getting MJ Redeveloping off the ground has been great experience in the fact that we are breaking new ground, being in the roofing and construction business has shown us that hard work pays but sometimes the harder you work you make less too. Rebuilding our own house years age and then helping our daughters buy and rebuild there houses give us the desire to get in the rehabbing business and after doing some research we decided to get the knowledge we needed to do this business right, and Fortune Builders has given us a lot of this knowledge with lots more to come.
We are now ready to start building our business and are now looking for buyers and investors willing to get into what we think is a wonderful market in and around Roane and surrounding areas. We will be able to offer our properties to buyers who will either want to keep the property for rental or turn around and sell it for a profit.
Investors we are looking for we hope we can make them feel the same way as our buyers in the fact we know that the properties we will be investing in will be at the right price and also we will be insured so that if anything happens they will be covered. But hopefully that never happens and we, knowing the knowledge we have learned will take these distressed properties and bring them back to life and make someone a great home to buy or rent.
By having our own knowledge of construction and with our funding pretty much in order, you can’t never have enough, we are getting some pretty good feed back from local realtors and real estate people on how the market trends are going on in our local are its giving us a step ahead because we are in the process of having all of our advertising tools in place so we can reach a huge market not only in our local area but all surrounding areas. People who are in need of selling there property are going to have another avenue to be able to sell there house fast and for cash and get out of whatever has them in the need to sell. That’s another reason that our Buyers and Investors are going to like our product because we are going to be promoting
our business over most all social sites and the world wide web. Also we be targeting abandoned homes and homes people won’t be able to sell to the normal buyer because of the run down condition there property has maybe gotten into and we can buy them and make them livable and profitable again.
Being able to buy properties with all cash is something that makes the process of buying properties a lot easier and can get the closing done a lot faster which works well for all parties. Another thing that makes this journey satisfying is that we are going to be able to make properties that are not in the best of shape and make them into better than most when we get done and it has our stamp on it.
